Forma Condos 2

At University Ave & King St in Toronto, Great Gulf is the developer of the new condo building known as Forma Condos 2.

The Heart of King West, a groundbreaking condominium development by Toronto’s renowned businessman Ed Mirvish, deserves praise for its imaginative magnificence. This projected town, created by the highly esteemed architect Frank Gehry, will be unlike anything Toronto has ever seen. This project will be Canada’s tallest residential construction when completed, with two towers soaring an amazing 92 and 82 stories, respectively, according to early designs.

The city’s premier cultural sector will gain yet another distinctive visual element with Forma Condos 2. Two 6-story stepping platforms that correspond in scale and articulation to the nearby structures are part of the proposal, which will continue to evolve. These platforms are topped by two fascinating condo suite towers that range in height from 82 to 92 stories. Each pinnacle has a corresponding but distinct structure that blends in with the neighbourhood’s history and personality.
